Minutes of proceedings[non-document] Mediation held before Magistrate Judge Jennifer Dowdell Armstrong on 5/1/2024. Attorney Subodh Chandra appeared on behalf of Plaintiff Gia Falbo, who was also present and possessed full settlement authority. Attorneys Mark S. Fusco and Jessica L. MacKeigan appeared on behalf of Defendant Grace Management Services, Inc. d/b/a Sprenger Healthcare. Defendant's client representative also attended and possessed full settlement authority. The parties did not reach agreement today on the material terms of a settlement. The Court instructed counsel to separately e-mail chambers (Lauren_Kasulones@ohnd.uscourts.gov) by 5/6/2024 at 10:00 a.m. to advise whether their client accepts or rejects the mediator financial settlement proposal provided to the parties at the conclusion of the mediation.
