Qui Tam Plaintiff's Claims Against Forest Labs Survive

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 4:05 PM ET) -- Although Forest Laboratories Inc. has settled with the U.S. in a qui tam suit alleging it paid illegal kickbacks and engaged in marketing violations related to its antidepressants Celexa and Lexapro, a judge has refused to dismiss individual claims brought by the former sales representative who filed the suit.

Judge Nathaniel Gorton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts ruled Friday that Christopher Gobble has alleged enough for his claims to survive a motion to dismiss by Forest.
