Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 4:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected a protest by McKean Defense Group-Information Technology LLC challenging the U.S. Navy's collection of revised proposals for computer network support services, finding that the Navy exercised reasonable discretion in taking corrective action.
However, the GAO in a separate but related decision also recommended that the Navy reimburse Basic Commerce and Industries Inc. for its expenses in challenging a cost analysis in relation to the revised proposals that McKean was attempting to overturn.
