Haag Can't Dodge Katrina Insurance Scam Qui Tam Suit

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 6:15 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied Haag Engineering Co.'s bid for summary judgment in a qui tam suit brought by two whistleblowers who say the forensic engineering company conspired with State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. to submit false reimbursement claims to the government after Hurricane Katrina.
