Industry Praises US Plan To Revamp IT Acquisitions

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 3:21 PM ET) -- A sweeping new 25-point plan that upgrades the way the federal government will acquire and manage its information technology for the next 18 months has won praise from industry groups and others.
