Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 8:53 PM ET) -- A former Federal Emergency Management Agency employee and a disaster services company owner were indicted in Louisiana on Friday for allegedly scheming to score a $100 million contract to maintain mobile homes in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
A federal grand jury in Louisiana indicted ex-FEMA employee Robert Blevins, 74, and 3-D Disaster Services Inc. owner David Dangler, 58, on charges of conspiracy and wire fraud, which carry a maximum sentence of 25 years in jail and $500,000 in fines.
