NASA Fraudsters Say US Can't Seize Property

Law360, New York (May 09, 2011, 6:41 PM ET) -- A former professor and his wife convicted in February of planning to defraud NASA out of $3.7 million using small business contracts said Friday in Florida federal court that the government cannot legally take real estate and bank accounts as forfeiture.
