Law360, New York (May 20, 2011, 4:22 PM ET) -- New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has subpoenaed a local development corporation that holds a $224 million contract to develop a radio system for Monroe County's emergency responders, a county official said Friday.
"The subpoena appears to be requesting routine documents, most of which are available online or have already been made public to the local media and local public officials," Monroe County communications director Noah Lebowitz said Friday.
