Ogletree Can't Escape Ariz. County's Billing Records Suit

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 8:26 PM ET) -- An Arizona state judge on Friday handed a setback to Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC in the labor and employment firm’s fight to avoid disclosing billing records in a dispute over whether it overcharged Maricopa County for various legal services.
