Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 8:05 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday directed federal agencies to aim toward purchasing only alternative-fuel vehicles by 2015, as the government bought its first 116 electric vehicles, including the Chevrolet Volt, Nissan Leaf and Think City.
