Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 8:08 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge ruled Tuesday it was still uncertain whether Kaman Precision Products Inc. had knowingly used bomb parts that did not conform to a military contract, keeping alive the government’s False Claims Act suit against the defense contractor.
U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell rejected Kaman's motion for summary judgment, saying there were still genuine issues of material fact in regard to whether Kaman knowingly submitted false information to the government.
