Law360, New York (October 06, 2011, 2:25 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday rejected a bid by ex-employee whistleblowers for a new trial in their unsuccessful suit alleging a Xe Services LLC subsidiary overbilled the U.S. under a $1.2 billion security services contract.
U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III ruled that relators Brad and Melan Davis failed to prove Danielle Esposito, the former chief operating officer of U.S. Training Center Inc., had lied to a jury. U.S. Training used to be known as Blackwater Lodge & Training Center Inc.
