SNC Fights Back After Judge Guts Army Contract Suit

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 2:29 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday stripped much of engineering company SNC-Lavalin America Inc.'s suit accusing Alliant Techsystems Inc. of breaking a $65 million contract to modernize a U.S. Army facility, but the plaintiff quickly moved for reconsideration of the ruling.
