OMB Procurement Head Departs Obama Admin For GW Law

Law360, Washington (November 02, 2011, 6:50 PM ET) -- U.S. Office of Management and Budget chief of procurement policy Daniel Gordon is leaving the administration to become George Washington University Law School's new associate dean for government procurement law studies, the administration said Wednesday.

Gordon, who has served as the administrator for the OMB's Office of Federal Procurement Policy since November 2009, will start in his new academic position Jan. 1.
