Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 8:53 PM ET) -- An electric subcontractor on a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction project in Georgia sued the prime contractor Walbridge Aldinger Co. and two insurers for $13 million on Monday, claiming Walbridge had violated the subcontract.
D & N Electric Co. brought the suit in Georgia federal court, alleging that Walbridge, Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. of America and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. owed it $12.9 million for the cost of labor, materials and equipment, along with about $82,200 in improper back charges.
