HHS, DOJ Recoup Record $4.1B From Health Fraud In FY 2011

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 9:24 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Justice recovered a record $4.1 billion in criminal and civil fraud payments in the fiscal year 2011, with more than half coming from claims brought under the False Claims Act, the agency said Tuesday.
