Gov't In-Sourcing: Where Can Contractors Turn?

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 1:37 PM ET) -- On Dec. 29, 2011, the Fifth Circuit affirmed a lower court’s order holding that district courts lack jurisdiction to hear a federal government contractor’s challenge to the decision of the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force to “in-source” information technology services work previously performed by the contractor.[1]
