Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 1:46 PM ET) -- The U.S. General Services Administration has released the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) concept of operations (CONOPS),[1] which outlines the procedures cloud service providers must follow to obtain provisional authority to operate cloud solutions for federal agencies.
