Contractor Can Be Sued In La. Under Iraqi Law: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 4:38 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit reversed the dismissal of a wrongful death suit against contractor Arkel International LLC., ruling Thursday that the company could be sued under Iraqi law for the death of a National Guard sergeant who was electrocuted at a U.S. military base in Iraq.
