Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 2:57 PM ET) -- The Michigan Department of Transportation on Tuesday released an aggressive design-build procurement schedule to find a contractor to finish the long-stalled $230 million Gateway project aimed at easing Canadian border traffic.
