Contractor, 3 Others Charged In Iraq Kickbacks Scheme

Law360, Chicago (March 14, 2012, 2:59 PM ET) -- A defense contractor, his company and two onetime employees of another contractor were targeted in Alabama with criminal kickback and fraud charges tied to $23 million worth of subcontracts for weapons disposal equipment in Iraq, according to court documents unsealed Tuesday.
