Law360, Chicago (April 09, 2012, 7:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Defense needs to boost accountability for its inventory of contracted services and cut back on using contractors for jobs that are best performed by government employees, the U.S. Government Accountability Office reported Friday.
