EPIC Urges 4th Circ. To Bar Gov't Access To Work Emails

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 5:25 PM ET) -- The Electronic Privacy Information Center asked the Fourth Circuit on Friday to uphold employee privacy interests in personal emails in a suit involving a former Virginia state legislator sentenced to almost 10 years in prison for trading state money for a job at Old Dominion University.
