Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 5:53 PM ET) -- Watchdogs and lawmakers are seeking to fill lingering inspector general vacancies at 10 federal agencies — which include the ones most responsible for wartime contracting in Afghanistan — saying the lack of top-level oversight has placed contracts at greater risk for fraud and waste.
