FAA Air Traffic Overhaul Contracts Stymied By Unclear Goals

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 7:31 PM ET) -- The Federal Aviation Administration has been unable to set clear schedules or requirements for its contracts to upgrade the nation's air traffic control systems — the agency's largest-ever procurement — leaving airlines and the government uncertain as to how or when they will be able to put new technology into place.
