La. Court Cans Suit Over $62M Katrina Rebuilding Contract

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 4:42 PM ET) -- A Louisiana appeals court on Wednesday tossed a suit brought by The Lemoine Co. LLC claiming the state used a flawed review process to award another company a $62 million contract to rebuild National Guard facilities damaged by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
