Post-Procurement F-22 Upgrades Will Cost $12B, Report Says

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 8:12 PM ET) -- As the U.S. Air Force wraps up its procurement of the ultramodern F-22 fighter jet, the military remains on the hook for $11.7 billion in upgrades scheduled to last until 2017, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office report Wednesday.
