Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 1:41 PM ET) -- A Louisiana state appeals court on Thursday rejected a construction company’s effort to have bidding reopened on a bulkhead repair project after its proposal was rejected for being late, saying a state agency’s 48-hour submission window did not violate state law.
