Law360, Los Angeles (May 29, 2012, 8:01 PM ET) -- IHS Global Inc. sued the federal government Tuesday, seeking an order blocking the U.S. Air Force from awarding a sole-source contract to BAE Systems, saying the military improperly offered up the contract after IHS complained that two earlier competitive procurements were actually tailored to BAE.
