GAO Rejects ITT Contract Protest Of Infared Defense System

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 4:53 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office denied ITT Electronic Systems Inc.’s protest against the U.S. Army’s award of two contracts worth a combined $74 million to competing companies for the development of a common infrared defense system for rotary-wing aircraft, in a decision released Friday.
