Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 7:41 PM ET) -- The U.S. General Services Administration, concerned that a regulation-fueled monopoly on contractor identification numbers is increasing costs and limiting its flexibility, is exploring alternatives to the Data Universal Numbering System, according to a Tuesday report.
