5th Circ. Says Wartime Law Allows Colonel's Bribery Charges

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 4:27 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit said Thursday that the statute of limitations for Iraq War-related crimes was still suspended under a federal wartime law, upholding an indictment of a former lieutenant colonel on charges that he bribed Iraqi contractors.
