Army Contractor Intrepid Escapes Exec Poaching Suit

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 9:24 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday dismissed claims that Intrepid Solutions and Services Inc. illegally poached an executive with trade secrets from a rival defense contractor, finding the suit shouldn't have been brought in New York.
