Law360, Washington (June 28, 2012, 4:20 PM ET) -- The American Hospital Association pushed the Senate Finance Committee to revamp its application of the False Claims Act and eliminate overlap between government audits of hospitals in a letter Tuesday, saying government has blurred the lines between mistakes and actual fraud.
