Omnicare Asks For Protection From Expected FCA Suit Flood

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 1:37 PM ET) -- Nursing home pharmacy company Omnicare Inc. asked a Massachusetts federal judge Monday to reconsider her refusal to shield it from kickback allegations in a $421 million False Claims Act lawsuit, saying it’s being treated differently from other companies and could face virtually endless litigation as a result.
