Deloitte Loses Protest Of $36M Financial Services Contract

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 5:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security did nothing wrong when it passed over Deloitte & Touche LLP to award a $35.8 million contract for cost modeling services to Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said in a decision issued Wednesday.
