Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 9:55 PM ET) -- Representatives for NASA and its contractors urged a House panel Thursday to support steady funding for the agency's technology, saying NASA is uniquely positioned to take risks on advanced projects that can spur economic growth and increase U.S. competitiveness.
