Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 7:27 PM ET) -- A government report has found that the 2005 round of base realignment and closures, or BRAC, cost $14 billion more than military planners initially estimated, likely fueling more congressional opposition to the Pentagon's politically unpopular plan to close more bases.
