Air Force Findings Could Shield Lockheed In F-22 Defect Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:39 PM ET) -- The U.S. Air Force said Tuesday that the Lockheed Martin Corp.-designed F-22 Raptor is not to blame in repeated instances of oxygen deprivation that have plagued the aircraft's pilots for years, a finding that could boost the contractor's defense in a defective design lawsuit without giving it an automatic out.
