Martifer Exits Suit Over $5M NJ Solar Project For Now

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 8:10 PM ET) -- Martifer Solar USA Inc. was dismissed on Friday from Mercury Solar Systems Inc.'s lawsuit claiming the competing solar developer worked with SunLight General Capital LLC to improperly exclude it from a $5 million public solar project in northern New Jersey.

Following a hearing, Bergen County Superior Court Judge Kenneth J. Slomienski granted Martifer's dismissal motion without prejudice, allowing Mercury another future try at beefing up its tortious interference and unjust enrichment claims against Martifer over the regional project, which encompasses several solar systems in Little Ferry,...
