Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 4:13 PM ET) -- Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC will hand over almost $830,000 to resolve allegations a subsidiary reported bogus wholesale prices that resulted in overpayments by Idaho's Medicaid system, the state's attorney general announced Friday, marking the latest corporate scalp for the state in a yearslong investigation that has netted $23 million.
