State Dept. Bungled $450M London Embassy Award, GAO Says

Law360, New York (August 06, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of State wrongly denied a joint proposal by Clark Construction Group LLC and The Foulger-Pratt Cos. for a $450 million contract to build a new U.S. embassy in London, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said in a decision published Friday.
