Sens. Float Contract Ban For UTC Unit After $75M Plea

Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 3:51 PM ET) -- Two influential U.S. senators said Monday the Pentagon should consider barring contracts to a United Technologies Corp. unit that recently pled guilty in a $75 million settlement over illegal exports of military software used to develop China's first modern military attack helicopter.
