Fed. Circ. Backs NetStar Win In ICE Bid Protest Against Alon

Law360, Los Angeles (August 09, 2012, 6:12 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday upheld a U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruling that Alon Inc. could not work on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement support contract, after a rival said Alon won the contract using its improperly obtained contracting information.
