St. John's Settles Contract Suit Over Army Eye Research Deal

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 2:47 PM ET) -- Connecticut Analytical Corp. and St. John's Medical Research Institute laid down their swords Thursday, settling a dispute over a soured government contract to develop drugs and assistance for U.S. Army veterans with eye wounds.

Connecticut Analytical, which had alleged that St. John's had improperly cut it out of the contract, signed a stipulation of dismissal with St. John's in Connecticut federal court dismissing the case with prejudice and each side paying its own costs.
