Twin Cities Want $150M FCA Fair Housing Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 1:47 PM ET) -- Minneapolis joined St. Paul on Monday to urge a Minnesota federal judge to dismiss a qui tam suit alleging that they submitted more than $150 million in false claims to federal housing agencies even as they illegally tore down hundreds of buildings under the pretext of building code violations.
