Buggy New Database Leaves Contractor Info Up In The Air

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 9:32 PM ET) -- The federal government's new consolidated database for contractor information has been hampered by bugs and performance issues, leaving contractors "ready to pull their hair out" when it comes to updating important information like electronic payment data, according to government contracts consultants.
