Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 5:13 PM ET) -- Bankrupt Alabama Aircraft Industries Inc.'s trustee told an Alabama federal court on Monday that its allegations that Boeing Co. fraudulently cut AAI out of a planned joint bid for a $1.1 billion U.S. Air Force contract were specific enough to go forward.
AAI's bankruptcy trustee argued against Boeing's motion to dismiss AAI's latest complaint, saying it had alleged enough particular facts to sustain its fraud claims and also pointing out that Alabama law allows different types of claims to be supported by the same alleged conduct....
