Law360, New York (September 06, 2012, 2:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims used a dubious calculation standard allowing the government to pay dimes on the dollar for a large-scale Army food services contract in Iraq, KBR Inc. told the Federal Circuit, asking the court to increase its award from $11.8 million to $41 million.
