Law360, New York (September 05, 2012, 10:44 PM ET) -- The Joint Light Tactical Vehicle program, one of the Pentagon's larger near-future procurements, caught a break Tuesday when contractor Navistar International Corp. withdrew a protest of the Department of Defense's award of prototype manufacturing contracts to Lockheed Martin Corp., Oshkosh Corp. and Am General LLC.
